Where policy positions become public dialogue

The Association holds and plans a number of public events, alongside board, executive committee and Workgroup meetings where the running of the Association and decisions on policy and best practice are discussed.

How Association events work

Public events and internal meetings, side by side

Public events — like ISV Day and security awareness seminars — are where ESA brings its policy positions to a wider audience of members, officials and press. In parallel, board, executive committee and Workgroup meetings are where those positions are actually decided, drawing on the priorities set out in our mission.

Member companies are represented at these meetings by their CEO or an authorised board-level official, consistent with the representation rules described on Membership.
